Queer Screen’s Completion Fund Recipients of 2026

This year’s Completion Fund recipients were announced during our Closing Night Gala at Event Cinemas George Street! Two filmmaking teams with narrative features spanning across genres, received the Completion Fund. Established in 2015, the Queer Screen Completion fund offers Australian LGBTIQ+ filmmakers much needed financial support to assist with final production expenses on feature films and documentaries that address the lives and stories of people of diverse gender and sexualities.
