An endearing film about a queer throuple, inspired by director Ruth Caudeli’s (Eva and Candela, MGFF19) own real-life polyamorous experiences.
Laia lives in Colombia with girlfriends Martina and Anto (Silvia Varón and Ana María Otálora; Leading Ladies, MGFF22), and their five dogs. Their relationship is playful, colourful, and full of inside jokes. But when Laia’s latest film project takes her away from home, the trio must navigate the evolving intimate dynamics of their relationship. As tensions build and the throuple’s axis shifts, we’ll learn whether “three’s company” or “three’s a crowd”.
