An audience and critics’ favourite at the 2021 Mardi Gras Film Festival, Twilight’s Kiss (Suk Suk) comes from prolific queer film director Ray Yeung (All Shall Be Well, QSFF24; Front Cover, MGFF16).

When 70-year-old Pak, a married cab driver, meets Hoi, another older man, at a local cruising spot, we discover new layers of Hong Kong and its people, becoming entwined in the blossoming love between the two men. As the affair continues, we are guided through wandering daydreams of roads untraveled and the reality of life in the city. Winner of more than 15 international awards and having screened at Berlinale, Busan, and Melbourne International Film Festivals, it was one of the most praised LGBTIQ+ films of 2020. A truly moving, beautiful film that will stay with you long after the credits roll.
