Mike Whalley

Mike has been a longtime leader in workplace inclusion and diversity. He helped establish Accenture’s global LGBT committee back in 2009, and more recently led the Australia/New Zealand Pride network, driving Accenture’s local activities during the marriage equality campaign.

Mike is a Director in Accenture’s Technology business, and has worked across sales, delivery, commercial management and operations of large-scale consulting and outsourcing projects. Mike has worked across Europe, the US and APAC.
Originally from the UK, Mike has lived in Sydney for over a decade. During that time, he helped run Mardi Gras Fair Day for six years, and was the Treasurer of Sydney Gay & Lesbian Choir for three. He is excited to continue community advocacy work through his role with the Queer Screen board.
