Mike has been a longtime leader in workplace inclusion and diversity, and first got involved with Queer Screen as a corporate sponsor over 10 years ago. As co-Chair, he is excited to continue community advocacy work, and to help bolster governance to ensure the organisation can continue to support queer film long into the future.

He helped establish Accenture’s global LGBT committee back in 2009, and more recently led the Australia/New Zealand Pride network, driving Accenture’s local activities during the marriage equality campaign.

Mike works in Technology Consulting, and has worked in sales, delivery, commercial management and operations of large-scale consulting and outsourcing projects. He has worked across Europe, the US and APAC.

Originally from the UK, Mike has lived in Australia for over a decade. He’s been involved in a number of community advocacy roles during that time, including helping to run Mardi Gras Fair Day for six years, and on the committees of both Sydney Gay & Lesbian Choir, and Melbourne Pride Chorus.
