Queer Screen showcases screen content about or of significant interest to the LGBTIQ+ community.
Based in Sydney, Australia and founded in 1993, Queer Screen has been Australia’s leading queer screen culture organisation for over 30 years, and we are searching for world-class content.
Submissions for our upcoming events, including the 11th Queer Screen Film Fest (August 2024) and Queer Screen’s 32nd Mardi Gras Film Festival (February 2025) have now closed.
All Australian-produced short films will be automatically in the running for selection as part of My Queer Career, the richest prize for Australian LGBTIQ+ short films, which is a competition within the Mardi Gras Film Festival program.
