Queer Screen is looking for a Front of House Manager (‘FOH’) during the 32nd Mardi Gras Film Festival running In Cinema from 13th Feb – 27th Feb 2025.
The FOH Manager will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service at our primary venue, Event Cinemas George Street throughout the two-week event as well as the planning and executing bump in & out of venues across Sydney. The role will also be responsible for venue ticket sales using Ferve and managing the festival’s volunteers on shift. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks concurrently.

Dates: Thursday 6 Feb – Friday 1 March 2025
Hours: 3 days pre-Festival (6th, 10th & 12th Feb), Full-Time during Festival (approx 90hrs total 13th – 28th Feb)
Pay: $36.67/hr
Reports to: Festival Producer
