NOTICE TO MEMBERS
BUSINESS AT 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AND
NOMINATION OF NEW DIRECTORS

Notice is given to Members of Queer Screen Limited (“the Company”) that an Annual General Meeting (“the AGM”) is to be held at 6:30pm, Monday 11 November 2024, Online using the Vero Voting Platform, details will be emailed to all Members.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, all director positions of the Company are to be made vacant at the AGM. Nomination forms for Members wishing to be elected as a director of the Company at the AGM, must be completed and signed by the nominated candidate and two additional Members.

Candidates are invited to submit written material not exceeding two hundred (200) words in support of their nomination which may be distributed electronically and may be made available on the Queer Screen website (www.queerscreen.org.au).

Completed nomination forms must be emailed to the Company Secretary at secretary@queerscreen.org.au by 5:00pm on Monday 4 November 2024.

You can download all relevant AGM documents from the Vero Voting Platform including Director Nomination and Proxy Forms. Please attend if you are able to, to ensure we reach quorum, or consider providing a proxy to another Member.
