Adapted from William S Burroughs’ novel of the same name, Queer stars Daniel Craig as William Lee who spends his days mostly alone but free, wandering the streets in rumpled linen and drinking in small bars with fellow gay American expats including Joe Guidry (Jason Schwartzman). His lethargy fades when a handsome, preppy young American student, Eugene Allerton (Drew Starkey), arrives in town.
