Queer films at Sydney Underground Film Festival (SUFF)

The Sydney Underground Film Festival (SUFF) are thrilled to announce their return to the cinema for the first time since 2019!

The Festival has released its 2022 program, and it is jam-packed with hilarious, horrific, offbeat, unique and eye-opening cinema. From 8-11 September, join them at Event Cinemas George Street and be prepared to experience some of the weirdest, wildest and most wonderful films ever!

We have put together a few of the queer horror films on offer this year. Can’t wait to check them out.

Swallowed

Starring Jena Malone (The Neon Demon, Hunger Games, SUFF 2021), SWALLOWED directed by Carter Smith is a riveting slice of queer body horror following two best friends on their final night together with a nightmare of obscene intimacy, drugs and bugs.
