Starring non-binary heartthrob Lio Mehiel, who won a Special Jury Award at Sundance for their performance, Mutt follows an eventful 24 hours in the life of twenty-something trans man Feña.

Navigating life post-transition, somewhat aimless Feña is thrown into a frenetic day in New York City when he reconnects with his ex-boyfriend, sister, and father for the first time since coming out. We watch the complexity of these relationships play out and how his new identity changes theirs. Drawing on his own experiences, writer-director Vuk Lungulov-Klotz deftly captures these deeply human relationships, queer identity, and exploration of gender with a knowing rawness that is authentic and real.
