Silver Haze

Book Tix!

In part inspired by lead actress Vicky Knight’s own experience, Silver Haze is a soul-stirring, poignant film that delves into the many ways that people cope with trauma.

It’s been fifteen years since Franky (Knight), a working-class nurse, was scarred in a fire. She’s spent her days since yearning for revenge, but when she meets the impulsive and beautiful Florence (Esme Creed-Miles), a patient, her life is changed forever. She ends the lacklustre relationship with her boyfriend, creates distance from her alcoholic mother, begins to develop a sense of self-worth – and falls in love. Together, they unpack the way they cope with their pasts to finally heal.

Content warning: contains depictions of homophobic violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and suicide themes.
